Having worked with Kevin Walsh for a number of years with Sligo GAA, his experience & knowledge of the game helped prepare me for my roles with the Sligo U – 21 & Senior teams. It’s important for Coaches to continue to upskill and GrowCoach will certainly give us a different level of coaching knowledge through Webinars & Workshops, which is key in coaching development.  We must continue to upskill as coaches in order to develop our players. This lockdown period has given us the opportunity to do that.

I really enjoyed my time coaching with Kevin and the lads in Galway. I gained a new perspective on specific areas of coaching and team preparation.  Aspects of their coaching philosophy, especially spatial awareness and footwork techniques, and technical skills, I have brought with me to add to my own coaching experience.
